The Registered Office is the official address of the company, however a company does not have to trade from its Registered Office.

Correspondence from Companies House and HMRC is sent to the Registered Office address.

The Registered Office address can be your home address if you choose, but it cannot be a Post Office Box number. The Registered Office can be altered at any time.

The Registered Office should be in England & Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.
